A Haiku and a free-form poem, dedicated to the book Twilight's hero, Edward Cullen:
Light enhances dark
His bright smile is my way home
The dark won't get me.
A starless night
Has never been so black
Without you.
A golden gaze
Was never more missed
Than when you left.
Yet you came back
against all odds
And my heart is stitched together.
My fingers have once again found your face
And I revel in the sound of your voice.
My night will never again be starless.
